Our Community Leaders are specially selected candidates looking to pursue a career in music, media or the arts.
Community Leaders are with us for 2 years, first of all acting as champions in the community providing a creative response to the COVID-19 Crisis, holding trainings for their peers and working on projects to improve society, all whilst learning vital skills to be able to work professionally in their chosen field.
For the second year, Community Leaders will be paid mentors for the second cohort of Ambassadors thus being in freelance arts employment whilst being supported by everyone at Active Citizen: Bradford.
